Customers appreciate Sendpilot for its seamless campaign setup, clean interface, and effective lead generation. While lacking advanced AI features and limited CRM integrations, the overall positive feedback and 4.7 rating make it a solid buy, especially with the 60-day money-back guarantee.

I almost didn't buy this because of the recent 1-star reviews. Glad I did.

I'm new to AppSumo and was sceptical of lifetime deals going in. The negative reviews about bugs and bad support nearly put me off. But I decided to take the risk.

In less than 2 hours I found leads, connected my accounts with proxy, and launched my first campaign. I didn’t run into a single bug.

I reached out to support once about removing leads and got a reply in 4 minutes and a day later they pushed a feature to remove, filter, and search leads in a campaign which is exactly what I needed.

The only thing I’d say is that the lead database still has room to improve, but I can see it's on their roadmap.

As for the 1-star reviews: I genuinely think they're from competitors or people who had a bad day. Nothing I experienced matches what they describe.

5 tacos. No hesitation.

Well on the way

Still an early user and I've only used some of the functionality. But so far it works pretty well.

I had an problem that isn't especially common. The team listened to my feedback and actually made changes based on my experience. In a single day.

That's dedication. I think they've earned the 5 stars.

Sorry to hear this led to a refund request. We'd have loved to sort it out first.

A disconnection like this is almost always tied to how the LinkedIn account is connected, not the platform itself. If you connected via browser cookies, the session drops when the browser is closed. The fix is simple: keep the browser open. You can still shut down your computer, but don't close the browser.

Banned from Linkedin

After I created one campaign with sendpilot, I ran the campaign for one day. The next day, I logged into sendpilot and noticed my account was disconnected from LinkedIn. When I tried to reconnect sendpilot to my LinkedIn account, I found out that my LinkedIn account was banned.

Sorry to hear this happened. Let's get to the bottom of it.

LinkedIn bans accounts based on behavior, not the tool used. A brand new, unverified LinkedIn account that immediately starts sending connection requests and messages will get flagged, whether it's automated or done manually. That's LinkedIn's own trust system at work.

We've had over 8,000 LinkedIn accounts connected to Sendpilot. Not...

Recommended, but not a revolution.

I've been running LinkedIn outreach campaigns for a while now, both for my own agency and for clients, and I've gone through my share of tools in this space. Copilot AI, La Growth Machine, Waalaxy, and a handful of others. So when I grabbed Sendpilot on AppSumo, I came in with a calibrated eye.

The short version: it works. Campaign setup is clean and straightforward, the interface doesn't fight you, and the core outreach features do what they're supposed to do. If you've never used a LinkedIn automation tool before, this might genuinely feel like a 5-star purchase, and honestly, you wouldn't be wrong to feel that way.

Here's the thing about the AppSumo deal specifically: LinkedIn outreach, when done right, is a money-making machine. I've personally had months where similar tools drove around $40K in closed revenue. Paying once for lifetime access to a platform that can generate that kind of return? The math is obvious. Even if Sendpilot is basic, the price alone makes it hard to walk away from.

That said, for anyone who's been in this space for a while, the honeymoon is short. There are no AI features whatsoever, no brand voice configuration, no message personalization, nothing more than basic workflows and messages with dynamic fields.

CRM integrations are also thin right now. HubSpot is the only native connection, which will be a dealbreaker for some. There's an API and webhooks available, so if you're technical or have a dev on hand you can build around it, but out of the box it's limited.

Bottom line: Sendpilot is a well-executed entry in a crowded category. The team clearly knows what they're building, but it doesn't bring anything new to the table yet. For someone just getting started with LinkedIn outreach, buy it without hesitation. For veterans of this space, it's still worth it at this price, just go in knowing what you're getting.

Thank you for this. Genuinely one of the most useful reviews we've received, and the kind of feedback that actually helps us build better.

You're right on the points you raised. We're not going to argue with a calibrated assessment from someone who's used La Growth Machine, Waalaxy, and Copilot AI. The AI personalization and brand voice features are not there yet. CRM integrations beyond HubSpot...
