A: No, you do not need your own API key to get started. Support Genix includes Support Genix AI, which comes with free usable credits for each license, so you can start using the AI features immediately.
If you need additional credits later, you can easily purchase more from us.

A: We don't have a feature to generate Stripe payment portals for users. But you may create ticket when user purchase product from Stripe using Webhook?

At this time, Support Genix does not support star-based ratings with feedback. Users can leave written feedback only, and features such as star analytics, filtering by rating/location/date, or managing feedback with statuses (e.g., in progress, solved) are not currently available.
